Established in 2025 under Brickyard Tavern, LLC, the business is led by owners Paul Swimm and Rebecca Melick, along with managing members Heath Kotula and Davey Rickenback whose commitment to quality, community, and handcrafted barbecue is at the heart of the Tavern’s identity.
